We are a pretty flexible company, but one of our most popular options is going with a fixed price. When you do this, you reserve one of your buses and our chauffeur for that entire time, and you can make as many stops as you want along the way. Have a change of plans mid bus ride? No problem! Just let the chauffeur know what the new game plan is, and he or she would be happy to change things up for you. The fixed-rate pricing option also works great when you have a lot of people on your chosen bus. When you first make a reservation, you will have to put down a deposit. Unfortunately, this deposit is non-refundable. It helps ensure there’s a chauffeur and bus ready for your trip, and it allows us to lock your night into our schedule. But if you cancel your trip after paying the deposit, you will lose the deposit. Since we receive many calls each day, it’s imperative that we keep our schedule full and reliable. If you really liked your chauffeur, feel free to give him or her a tip. But tipping is totally up to you — it is in no way required or expected. Our drivers always work hard to provide you with excellent service and safe transportation, so show your appreciation if you feel that he or she did a great job!
